Integral Rehabilitation Old Dwelling - Papiol

Refurbishment from the common area to the dining room and kitchen to the private rooms.

The dwelling donned exceptional flooring in good condition we wanted to keep, at least in selected areas. The protagonist was the hydraulic paving.

The passage of time was present in both the common area as in other places, we utilised this to our advantage by blending it with the dwelling’s new image.

The doors and external openings were maintained, with a chromatic change.

The bathrooms and the kitchen were wholly modified.

A project we wholly enjoyed, since the house had been built some years ago, and the client wanted to blend the old with the new.
